Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free shipping: We offer free domestic (Australia wide) shipping for orders over $90 AUD.

Shipping times: We utilise a combination of Australia Post and Sendle. For some orders, you will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Australia Post (Normal): 5-10 days

Australia Post (Express): 2-3 days

Sendle: 3-5 days

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries via AusPost international post. Shipping times and cost are calculated at checkout. Generally, international shipping can take 10-20 days.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If your order includes tracking you will receive a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@acegolfgloves.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
